In his first race at the high school level, Esteban Escobar finished third over the 3.05-mile course in a blazing 20:23. He was followed by Tyler Moore (24th, 25:03), Johnallen King (25th, 25:59), Bryan Arvizu (26th, 26:04), and Hayden Danielson (28th, 27:05).
Maggie Geiger (8th, 26:52) again paced the girls, followed by Gabi Kennedy (14th, 30:34), Reagan Hollenbaugh, 30:44), Jessica Corley (21st, 34:29), and Kathryn Kaoud (23rd, 36:40).
In the girls' team standings, the Saints were third (81 points) behind Wilson Christian (32) and Wayne Country Day (42). Among boys, JPII again was third (106) after Wilson Christian (22) and WCDS (50).
